How many people do you accommodate?

How long do we have the property?

For a day rental, you will have the property from 10am - midnight additional time can be purchased separately. For an entire weekend, you will get the venue starting Friday, ending Sunday at noon.

Can we have our own DJ?

Yes! You can pick your own DJ or live band and have music playing until 11pm

Can we choose our own caterer?

Yes! We understand that you might want your favorite foods and don’t want you to be limited on your big day!

What is your alcohol policy?

BYOB! Many couples don’t realize that their alcohol bill can be three times the cost of food on their day if they purchase through their caterer, NOT with us! We want to keep this day affordable for our couples! We do require that all of your alcohol is served by a licensed bartender for the safety of all guests

What is the parking situation?

We have more than ample parking for your guests right on the property

Is the space handicap accessible?

Yes! We have both accessible bathrooms and a handicap accessible ramp to be sure all of your guests can access the space

Are there bathrooms?

Yes! We have new bathrooms right on-site
