Every wedding gets the same professional bar experience — run by licensed bartenders, covered by one flat $750 fee, with nothing extra to calculate later.
That fee covers permits and compliance, liability coverage for the service itself, a POS system, ice, glassware, mixers, and garnishes — everything needed to run the bar, start to finish.
Staffing scales with your guest count. Medium-to-large weddings get extra support, including a dedicated cashier, so lines keep moving.

Everything Included With Your Bar Service Fee
You never have to source, transport, or manage any of it.
Licensed, insured bartenders from MSB, with backup coverage built in — your bar is never left uncovered.
Wisconsin-compliant licensing and permits, fully handled. (Alcohol purchasing is separate — see your Bar Framework guide.)
MSB carries liquor liability coverage for the service itself. You'll also need your own host liquor liability insurance (most wedding policies include it) — we'll walk you through it.
Ice restocked all evening, glassware for every pour, and garnishes for signature cocktails.
Club soda, tonic, juice, and all the essentials. If it goes in a glass, we've got it.
Card and cash transactions run through a proper point-of-sale system — accurate tabs, fast checkout.

A full cash bar is completely valid, and we'll never make you feel like you have to host anything — beyond the service fee, there's no additional cost to you.

Last Call Times
- Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 PM (9:30 PM with shuttle service)
- Friday & Saturday: 10:00 PM (10:30 PM with shuttle service; up to 11:00 PM at management discretion, must be prescheduled — no additional hourly rate, as this falls within your included 4–7 hours of service time). Extended service typically includes a cashier to help keep lines moving.

Insurance
Hayvn and our bar partner carry liability coverage for bar operations and staffing. You'll separately need host liquor liability coverage as part of your wedding insurance — required before your event day.
