Most venues lock couples into expensive per-person bar packages — whether guests drink heavily or barely at all. At Hayvn, you decide what's hosted, where the cap is, and whether the bar stays hosted all night or flips to cash.
You set what's hosted. You set the cap. You decide when it flips to cash. Your guests are taken care of — and you're only paying for the experience you actually want to provide.
A $45/person open bar for 150 guests = $6,750 — billed upfront, whether guests drink heavily or barely at all.

Consider hosting the bar during the initial arrival rush.
When guests arrive all at once, a cash bar requires each person to be individually rung out — which can create lines and slow things down right when energy should be highest. Even hosting for just the first hour keeps service moving smoothly and sets a great tone for the rest of the evening.
Bar planning doesn't need to happen on day one. Focus on venue, catering, photography, and other priorities first — then revisit your bar choices around the 90-day mark when we'll walk you through everything together.
A full cash bar is completely valid and more common than you'd think. Beyond the bar service fee, there is no additional cost to you. Your guests simply purchase their own drinks — everything is still fully staffed, licensed, and taken care of.
The goal is for you to enjoy your wedding day without spending a single moment worrying about the bar.

- Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 PM (9:30 PM with shuttle service)
- Friday & Saturday: 10:00 PM (10:30 PM with shuttle service)

- Extended service available with shuttle, ride-share, or drink ticket limitations
Insurance
Hayvn carries its own bar liability coverage. You'll also need to confirm your wedding insurance includes alcohol service — required before your event day.
