You decide what to host — a full open bar, a fully cash bar, or anything in between. If you choose to host, alcohol is simply billed based on what your guests actually consume.

Last Call Times
- Friday & Saturday: 10:00 PM (10:30 PM with shuttle service or ride share; up to 11:00 PM at management discretion, must be prescheduled — no additional hourly rate, as this falls within your included 4–7 hours of service time). Extended service may include a cashier if needed to help keep lines moving.
- Sunday–Thursday: 9:30 PM (10:00 PM with shuttle service)

Insurance
Hayvn and our bar partner carry liability coverage for bar operations and staffing. You'll separately need host liquor liability coverage as part of your wedding insurance — required before your event day.
