We offer flexible bar options for weddings and events, including cash bars, hosted bars, prepaid options, and alcohol-free celebrations.

Our fully managed bar service eliminates the stress of purchasing, transporting, and estimating alcohol quantities. We also provide ice, mixers, garnishes, coolers, drinkware, and bar cleanup—so couples don’t have to worry about the logistics and can focus on enjoying their celebration.

The professional staff at MSB Event Services handles bartending, setup, cleanup, and provides built-in backup coverage to ensure reliable service throughout your event.

Flexible Drink Options

Couples may choose the bar style that best fits their celebration:

• Hybrid Bar (most popular) – Couples host drinks for part of the evening (such as cocktail hour) or for specific guests while the bar remains available for others to purchase drinks.

• Open / Hosted Bar – The couple covers all beverages for their guests (We can also cap your total spend before switching to a cash bar).

• Cash Bar – Guests purchase their own drinks.

• Prepaid Drink Limits – A set number of drinks or dollar amount can be covered for specific guests.

Bartender Service & Rates

Professional bartenders are required for all events where alcohol is served.

Weddings under 100 guests

Solo Bartender Service – $500

• 1 bartender

• Up to 5 hours of service

• We provide 1.5+ hours of dedicated setup and cleanup at no extra charge

• Value Added: All ice, mixers, and garnishes are provided by Hayvn at no additional cost

• Additional hours: $25/hour

Weddings with 100+ guests

Two Bartender Service – $700

• 2 bartenders

• Up to 5 hours of service

• We provide 1.5+ hours of dedicated setup and cleanup at no extra charge

• Value Added: All ice, mixers, and garnishes are provided by Hayvn at no additional cost

• Additional hours: $50/hour

Final staffing recommendations are based on guest count and bar style to ensure smooth service.

Beverage Selections

We offer a wide variety of options, including:

• Domestic and craft beers

• Hard seltzers

• Red, white, and sparkling wines

• Standard and premium liquors

• Signature drinks or “His & Hers” cocktail creations

For safety and service quality, all beverages are served as canned or poured drinks only:

• No shots (except for the ski toast)

• No glassware (except head-table toast glasses approved by Hayvn)

• No tapped kegs

Your main contact for bar selections and questions will be the Hayvn team. We will reach out around the 90-day mark to begin final selections.

Our bar program is designed to keep drink prices reasonable for guests while still offering quality selections. Through our partnerships with local distributors and beverage providers, we’re able to offer drink pricing that remains modest and competitive compared to most wedding venues.

• Special orders are custom-priced based on selection.

Receive a $500 discount when you prepay $5,500 or more in beverage purchases.
Discount applies to beverage charges only and does not reduce any required fees or minimums.

Most guests typically enjoy 2–4 drinks during the evening, depending on the length of the celebration and personal preferences. Our team is happy to help estimate beverage quantities if you choose a hosted or prepaid bar option.

Alcohol Service Policies

Bar Hours

• Sunday–Thursday: Last call no later than 9:00 PM
  (9:30 PM with shuttle service)

• Friday/Saturday: Last call no later than 10:00 PM
  (10:30 PM with shuttle service)

Service Duration

• Bar service beyond 4 hours requires shuttle or ride-share service, or limited drink tickets

• Maximum bar service duration is 7 hours

Why do we require transportation or drink limits for extended bar service?
Bar service beyond four hours significantly increases safety and liability risks, particularly in rural settings. This policy helps ensure a smooth, safe end to the evening for your guests while allowing us to responsibly offer extended celebration time when appropriate.

Legal Compliance
The renter agrees to cooperate with Hayvn and all bartending services in enforcing Wisconsin alcohol laws and venue policies. These standards are in place to ensure a safe, responsible, and enjoyable celebration.

Non-Alcoholic Options

We offer non-alcoholic beverages including soda, bottled water, and optional mocktails so all guests feel included.

Alcohol-Free Weddings

For single-day events where alcohol is not served, couples may bring their own non-alcoholic beverages outside of Hayvn’s service.

No Drink Minimum

There are no drink minimums for single-day rentals, and our pricing is designed to be guest-friendly and easy to scale.

Full Weekend Rentals

Full-weekend rentals include exclusive, multi-day use of the venue with bar service as part of the celebration experience. To support this extended access, a $2,500 minimum beverage commitment applies.

This commitment may be met through alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages served during your event.
